It appears that this was his death (from an Ancestry tree), so this would be him on 1901.

As they have his date of death and cause, I would think they have obtained a copy of the death cert?

Thank you both for that information .. It seems a lot of my Rackham relatives ended up in the asylum , Huntingtons disease being the main cause, such a shame
