I think they may have been cousins but just don't know how to connect them

Christine

Christine Report 3 Apr 2015 11:49

Louisa was my Great Grandmother, and George was my Great Great uncle. I can't find how to get George into the tree without finding the link, I know it has to be there somewhere but of course it is so far back that census records don't help.

Mel Fairy Godmother

Mel Fairy Godmother Report 3 Apr 2015 11:41

It's not a lot of info Christine. I can't seem to find a Louisa other than the census I put up in my first post.

The 1861 census says she was born in Nazing Essex.

Why do you think these two could be connected?

AnnCardiff

AnnCardiff Report 3 Apr 2015 11:39

how about the one I posted for Great Leighs - father George?

Christine

Christine Report 3 Apr 2015 11:38

Louisa comes up with various names on Census records, Louisa, Laura, Sara, she married William Teaster in 1861 and had at least 2 daughters, Elizabeth and Annie who was my grandmother.

Christine

Christine Report 3 Apr 2015 11:29

George's father was also called George but I don't know for sure whether his mother was Elizabeth.
Louisa's Father was possibly William

Christine

Christine Report 3 Apr 2015 11:26

I know that George did not marry till 1908 and died I believe in Hampshire in 1920s. He was apparently born in Waltham Abbey or Walthamstow
