Joseph Daniel Lloyd appears to disappear for 1901 and 1911 census but dies in Oswestry.
People on the railways did move about, my uncle went from Walsall - Birmingham - Bromsgrove and ended his working life in Cardiff. Gt gt aunt married a railway man started in Dudley, then Birmingham, Hereford and finally North Wales.

I wish Arthur would come back to his thread. I found a birth for an Arthur with mothers maiden name Dennison but it is quite recent and could still be alive.

Sorry for the confusion but I am a stranger to this research scheme.
All I am tryingb to do is to trace the whereabouts and activities of George Arthur Lloyd Born 5/2/1881.
All the replies so far seen confirm what I already know and I am grateful for that.

Morning all.
I have had messages from Arthur and he has opened his tree to me.
I really don't think we can help anymore with what happened to George Arthur after the 1911 census and up to the 1930's.
Have you looked on electrol rolls?
