It looks like possibly the original transcription came from FS.

Try a search for your person at https://familysearch.org/search and specify the film # as 1596294 - see what you get.

Not sure if it is of any help but James and Harriet baptised 4 other children at Portsea

Henry Joseph in 1819
Reuben in 1821
Eliza in 1823
Caroline in 1825

there are no other baptisms attributed to James & Frances or James & Louisa at Portsea
