Just had another look at the census- in 1930 Jacobs place of Birth is written as Kovono, Russia- Russia is then crossed out and replaced with Lithuania. His parents birth place is listed as Kovono Russia.

I'm adding this one to the pot.....I note on the census page there are entries of (Russia) Poland for place of birth for some of the other individuals

On his Naturalization card it states Jacob arrived in the US June 17th 1903. Names and address of witnesses were:
