Historical Electoral registers for Midlands (Birmingham 1832- 1955), London (1832- 1965), Surrey (1832- 1945) and West Yorkshire (1840- 1962) are available on Ancestry. However, most central libraries also hold historical electoral registers for their area. |

The Electoral registers on Ancestry are not always easy to search by address due to transcription errors- it's sometimes easier to search by name |
