There is also mention in Jane's notice of a stepson, J. P. HOCKING.

So this would seem to have been a son of Sarah's, and stepson of Elijah's.

Thankyou for that information. I didnt realize Jane had married twice. I had the information on Ruby Pearl and George Carter. They had a daughter Jennifer Kaye Carter. Have no information on her. I do have a photo of her though when she was about 9 months old. It was given or sent to my Great grandmother by Ruby. So Im trying to tie the Burts in with my Vincent family or Uren family. I already have Burts in my family in England.
