Thanks to all who replied to my request. Have spent a lot of hours compiling a spread sheet of possible ancestors. George born 1820c the son of Stephen and Hannah was else where in 1851 so can't be my George. Am beginning to think "George" didn't like his given name. Have found a lot of Gager's in the Halstead and Halstead Union districts, would these include the parish of Foxearth? Regards Lin

George born 1820c could have been in Kent in 1851. Very confusing as 1861 census and onwards all give Georges year of birth as 1811.
Don't have marriage cert but do have a match on GR for Mary Ann Deal born 1811c, George born whenever is definately my 4 x Great grandfather. Am lucky to have several birth, marriage and death certs which have helped a great deal. Hope to come to Essex in the Spring to further my research. Thank you for your interest. By the way have found the name Gager mispelt as Gayer, Gazer, Gage and Gagen. Kind Regards Lin.

Hoping for a Christmas Miracle. Is anyone researching William Boreham born 1847c. He married Eliza nee Gager in December 1867. Known to have four children, George 1869c, Kate 1872c, Ben1875c, Stanley 1881c. Eliza was sister to my 2 x Great Grandfather both thought to have been born in Foxearth. If anyone has family history on Eliza would you let me know please.
