	What do you wish to know? What research have you done yourself? Have you, for instance, looked at freebmd to try to find his birth? Or was his name changed? Who did he marry? Do you have a copy of the cert?

	i am trying to find information on my grandfather George Ernest Scott. All i know of him was that he was born abt 1903, his mother died in childbirth. He was put in orpanage (my mother thinks Darlington) thing is i can't find any orphanages,poor houses in that place. My question is does anybody know of any sites that i could look at that may be of help, looked on a few doing my head in. Thank you Denise
