I cannot find a death certificate for an estranged relative of mine. |

Oh wow, thank you so much, that is so much more than I had found! I knew he had a twin, as I noticed the name on the same birth register and put two and two together. |

That's great, thank you so much. If you have any tips on how I can find death notices for him other than the search on here, that would be greatly appreciated. I don't see how he could still be alive. |

Gritty, if that death certificate for William Arthur D Ward in Somerset is in fact his brother, then it states the date of birth as 5th March 1912, which would tie in with the births actually being registered in 2nd quarter, Apr, May, Jun 1912 as I think people didn't always register births the next day like we do! |

Haha, we all have them! Although it is entirely possible that one was born just before midnight and one after? |

How can i tell if that is the Richard George Ward i'm related to, or another Richard George Ward i've come across who was born, married, and died in Bromley? There was a photo of that Bromley Richard Ward on here, and he was wearing a soldier's uniform. That would explain why I've found two references to Richard G D (George Devereux as stated on birth certificate and marriage certificate) in the postal service things for 1937 and 1946. |

Thank you Kay, I live South West way but I might have to make a journey to Birmingham to check it out as I'm really deadset on finding out what happened to him now! |
