	JoonieCloonie - thank you very much for your comprehensive answer. I believe your scenario about falling into a river/canal is most likely. He would have been so vulnerable. I think I have done just about all I can do and some mysteries just cannot be solved. However just from submitting this post I have learnt new things to help my research, so thank you all. Jude - no probs at all. My heart did leap when I realised Albert was being discussed on another thread but I'm just pleased that hopefully I helped you.
