Find Ancestors

Hello,
I am trying to find information on my gr grandad Arthur Whitehead and gr grandma Lizzie. I have my grandads birth certificate ( born 1903) with Arthur and Lizzie as parents, Lizzie whitehead formally Abram.
I have managed to find Arthur & Lizzie on the 1901 census living in Ynyscynhaiarn, Caernarvonshire, this is where my grandad was born 2 years later and is on his birth certificate, so all matches well, however a few years later my grandad was fostered I think at the age of 5 , he is on the 1911 census with his foster parents Mr&Mrs Wright.
This is as much as I can find I believe I have found Arthur's parents. Arthur was born in the Wolverhampton area and Lizzie is down as Southport.
I would be very grateful for any help or tips on finding out what may of happened to Arthur & Lizzie I cannot find them on 1911 census or on death records.

I guess your grandfather is Joseph as there's a birth registered for Joseph Whitehead in 1903, in the relevant district of Festinigog?

They had a 1 month old son Ernest (born same place) according to the 1901 census, but I can't see his birth in the area.

Arthur's brother Joseph (8) was staying with them in 1901, but their parents Stephen and Eliza were both nearby if I've got the right family - in
Llanenddwyn, Talybont, Merionethshire

May not be the right family though, but they had son Arthur of the right age born Wolverhampton on earlier census, and they were back in Cubbington, Warwickshire (Stephen's birthplace) in 1911 along with Joseph.

Many thanks every one :-) yes Joseph was my grandad, and fostered to Alice & William Wright, living in Shotton, I do believe Stephen & Eliza whitehead are Arthur's parents, I too have seen them living not far from Arthur during 1901 census, it seems to me they are the correct family being a cycle repairer as mentioned on Joseph Birth certificate.
My grandad didn't talk about it, apparently, and he died before I was born, but i believe he was keen to keep the Whitehead name, although this wasn't found out by myself and siblings tell not they long ago just before my Dad passed so we all went by the name Wright.
I have tried to find Ernest too and manage to find one in Reading in a children's home. Maybe Stephen & Eliza Whitehead are not my Whiteheads but it does seem like they are.

Looking at my granddads marriage record Joseph to Constance Aston, my grandma, farther is down as William Wright, however there is notes on the side of the certificate saying Arthur Whitehead and occupation bicycle repairer.

Someone ( Chris_Morris_) has a tree on Ancestry with your Grandfather in- Joseph born 1903 son of Elizabeth Abram and Arthur Whitehead. They also have two other siblings listed for Joseph, one is a female (listed as private) and the other is an Arthur, born 1901, and died 1972 Sussex. I wonder if Ernest was actually registered as Arthur:
