Mistranscribed as Foster........but reads Forster on the image.

Do you have William and Mary Ann's marriage cert? This seems to be their marriage reg and she is shown as Mary Ann. The 1871 is the only one where she appears as Margaret.

Hi all,
John and Alice were married 8/5/1880 on their marriage licence it states William as John's father. I have found Williams family on the 1871 census living at Beaumont st Warrington, his wife being Margaret nee Alcock ( her brother Robert was a witness at their wedding) but I can't find the family in the 1861 census. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
