I am trying to find George who seems to disappear after the 1881 census. He was born in Northampton in 1874 to George Sturgess and Eunice Robbins (Sturgess). I can't find him on any census or Bmd after this time. |

As far as I know he was just George. born 1874. There is another George Sturgess born around the same time who is related to the Warwick family who's father is also George but this family went to Derbyshire. I can't find any link. |

If this is him in 1881, Eunice wasn't married to George Senior |

Yes this is George. he described all his women as his housekeepers. He went to the south coast on holiday and came back with a new 'housekeeper'. In 1891 she was from Kent and then in 1896 he claimed Clives GGran from Hastings. He never married any of them!! |

Yes, I found this and thought, oh, right found you, only to be foiled by Eunice - by then fed up of George's trips to the south coast - marrying some one beginning with a t. I can't remember the surname off hand and having a daughter around 1887. She married under her maiden name of Clarke!! |
