Member Since: June 2005 Posts: 318 Send Message	Pauline, for information yes Kings Norton is near Selly Oak, but the period of time you are looking at is that Smethwick was registered as Kings Norton (parish of Harborne). Selly Oak and Kings Norton now come under Birmingham. Dont know if this helps
