Think they lived together with sister Annie. He was head of Bury GS 1919 to 1936 when he died.

Before that he was a teacher in Nottingham

So this does confirm that it is her as address is her address in the Electoral Registers and it also prooves that the other passenger list is also her as she has the same occupation.
