hi, i am looking for any information on albert edward webb B1895 D1920 he was born in birmingham. he was in the royal navy and died while in the navy but can not find out any information about his death etc. in the navy. |

Peter, it may be that he was in receipt of a navy pension due to injuries sustained serving in WW1 and that is why his date of death is recorded on his navy records. As Reggie has said, the only way to be sure of the cause of death would be to checkout what is recorded on the actual death certificate. Given the date of his death, the cause may well be related to injuries he received during the war. |
