The Irish 1901/1911 censuses are free at:
http://www.census.nationalarchives.ie/search/

Since Armagh is now in N Ireland, you can order the m.cert thru GRONI.
However, in 1903, Armagh was in Ireland, so you can also order it from Ireland, see:
http://www.groireland.ie/
If you go for the latter option, you can also choose between a regular paper cert, or the cheaper uncertified image of the GRO(I) copy of their registration.
MC's post of 20:51 7/12/13 gives the reference details you should provide to the GRO(I) or whatever they call themselves now.

John Sweeney married Elizabeth Nesbit 1903 Armagh
John's father John
Elizabeth father a James
There a birth on Scotlandpeople for a Margaret Nisbet 1871 Mid Calder, that should give the mothers maiden name.
Hannah Jane states she was born in Armagh, so I check the marriage for there, there is only 1 Hannah Jane married to a James Nesbit, her maiden name Walker, but the marriage is for 1886, so James could of been married twice & Hannah being the second wife.

Bless you Maura

Great information for us, many thanks. Is it possible that you could give me a reference number for the birth of Margaret Nisbet so a certificate may be ordered?

You don't have to order a cert, you can pay to view it on Scotlandspeople, It cheaper to view the copy on that site. I out of credits at the moment.
