My grandmother Annie (Nance) Stanley died in 1951 in England. I have no idea where or why she died, nor where she is buried.
Any advice on finding answers would be most welcome. Thanks. Jennifer :-)

Hello, Jennifer do you know how old she would have been?

Did she live in England all of her life or did she arrive from somewhere else?

Do you know who her husband was and when/where he died?

Annie Culpin was born in Easton, Northamptonshire (now in Rutland) in 1887. I do not have the full date. She married Charles A Stanley at Wandsworth, London in 1924, and died about 1951.
She had my mother in 1919; that's all I know about her, I'm afraid. Not much to go on.

Thankyou to all who answered, as I am desperate to find out more.

I have found an Annie Moore who died in 1956, with death registered at Pancras, so am intrigued by the 1941 death of lady with husband of same name. Now, how do I verify which one is my lady?

The Annie who died in 1941 was in Storthes Hall asylum, so I have emailed their archive department to ask for information. This is rather a shock, as I know nothing about her... :-(

What evidence do you have to suggest 1951 as year of death
