Find Ancestors

This is related to a thread which I have been helped with. I am much appreciative of this help but have a few more specific points to ask for and I was concerned they may be lost on the previous thread, which is this one here:

Firstly, can I have a look up in all of the census returns for Catherine 'Kitty' Fallows, born Catherine Woods in 1828 in Runcorn, Cheshire and wife of Samuel Fallows ... I THINK this is her death but I couldn't find her on the 1881 census:

Ah thank you - perhaps the problem was I had her birth place as Runcorn. Does she appear in other census returns? Did she have children?

Said possibly because birth years and where born

They seem to travel around and are on the vessel on the 1872 census

Ernest isn't on the 1861 census think his age is out on the .1871 census as this looks like his birth
