I've found this chap's death record but I don't have a worldwide sub so I can't see his date of birth to check he's the right one. Can someone please look for me?

William S. (Stuart or Stewart) Meston
Died 1970 in Alameda, California.

There seem to be two siblings here, both called William, one born in 1892 and one in 1898 so I'm assuming one died young and they called the subsequent son after the first William. The one I'm looking for was born in 1892 in Ohio and married Rose V Krisco in 1912.

Now, using the link Margee put here, I've found the death of a Rose Uebner, born in Ohio on 21 October 1895 and died in Alameda in 1974, aged 78. Surely, she didn't marry again. I can't find the death of a Rose Crombine.

Rose Uebner must be a different person. She's married to Henry Uebner on the 1920 census and is on the US city directories with Henry from 1924-1956 in California.
