have just returned to genes reunited after sometime away, still looking for Pugsley family relations to Reuben Pugsley born 1886 Newport Monmouthshire, lived in Cardiff I know lots about him but would love to trace his siblings Arthur 1873 -1904 Frank born 1875, Edith 1888 and Ernest 1891 - who possibly went to New Zealand? have information on brother Albert but the others are a mystery. Any advice would be great.

Oh, best do a bit of research on work houses! I assumed he must be destitute. Strange though that none of his family helped. Wondering if he had a mental illness.

Jane. looking at the actual image, he had mental health issues. There is no occupation given for him.
There doesn't seem to be an occupation for him in 1901 either when he is living with his parents.
No occupation in 1891 either, so perhaps it was a condition that he was born with?
