Can any one spot William & Martha REEDS in the 1861 census for Marylebone where they were enumerated in 1851 and married in 1859? The trouble with this surname is the final s often gets overlooked and the name can be READ etc. |

I was rather excited by safc's find especially since there was an older William also visiting the same household. However I have traced this Martha READ back and it appears READ is her maiden name so not the one I am seeking. Also the William listed was born Northamptonshire which is also wrong for my Sussex family. |

Yes, this is the correct family and I do have all this data! Mary Ann REEDS who was a witness was I believe the groom's daughter in law or if I have the wrong William then she was his sister in law! |
