Your last post lists Wm Henry's father as Richard Kelly so I think the family with Francis Kelly is probably not the one.I did find a William Henry Kelly age 17 in 1881 living with aunt and uncle Joseph and Dina Cater and William's brother George,in Plymouth.

Given that Martha had middle name Bray then this is highly likely the marriage of Johanna's parents:
