My Samuel was born in Sedgley, Staffs.
Would anyone know if Willenhall would come under Sedgley?
Sorry to be a pain.

Martynsue -that is the problem - no one on the other thread has been able to find one.

We tend to forget that

- not everyone was baptised
- not all records are on the internet
- not all have survived
- not all are legible as they have been damaged by mould, damp, insects. creatures etc

Still - no harm looking, eh?

martynsue Report 28 Aug 2013 18:07

you will need his baptism to find his parent's.

Actually - its not a duplicate thread, but 2 people researching the same person.

The OP of the other one is Joy, not Karin with a totally different membership number.

In which case, my aplogise.

Karin - have a look at the link given above and read what has already been discovered. If you do not know Joy, it might be worth you contacting her and pooling resources.

I've posted on that thread to bring it to the front page of the Find Ancestors board

Thank you, I have been trying to locate his parents and thought their names would be mentioned somewhere!
Samuel married Susannah Aston In 1802 at St Thomas Dudley.

Best to add to your other thread, or else everyone will end up repeating the searches.

Remember - one thread per person or linked family. It's one of the sites T&C.
