Find Ancestors

Hi,

I've found the death of a Cissie BONE reg.1984 in Dacorum. Hertfordshire born 3:8:1895.

I also found two announcements in the Jewish Chronicle for the death of a Cissie BOME on 30th June 1984. Unfortunately, only part of the announcements are shown and I can't get access to see the rest. I noticed what looks like the name Sylvia as perhaps being her daughter also appears.

I believe that Cissie Bone and Cissie Bome are the same person.

I have an old letter dated 1981 where the surname BOME appeared.

I would be very grateful for any help with this query.

Penny...The copy of the letter I have wasn't sent originally to me. I can't even remember how it came in my possession. It looks like it was sent by a great aunt to someone I don't even know the name Cissie Bome came up in it.

Bome would have been Cissie's married name.

The name Sylvia cropped up in the same letter + a brother, but no name there ( he didn't get marr.)

I believe that Cissie was related to my grandmothers family.

Looking through the bits I've got....Cissie was born in 1895 so her daughter wouldn't have been born till much later.

Theres a Norma H and Sylvia H Bome living with the Lautenberg 's in 1945

Maybe your Grandmother's name would help us if you say they were related

My Grandmother was Annie Stone.

Her sister was Ada Stone. She marr. Abraham Kolsky.

There are other siblings who I have never found.

The letter in my possession earlier mentioned was from Ada's daughter to just a christian name I don't recognise.

The letter in my possession was from Nettie nee Kolsky to someone named Denise. Havn't a clue who she is !
