Unfortunately I can't find a free source for the earlier records of Fivehead online, to look for a baptism for Samuel.

I found this electronic copy of Phillimore's marriages ( Somerset vol 5)

which records the marriage of Samuel Payne and Hester Howe as 14th April 1807.
(on page 122)

Samuel and Hester in census 1841: Age of over 15s should have been rounded down to the nearest five years in census 1841, so Samuel and Hester could have been born c1787-1791 in Somerset.

EDIT: The spelling of 'Payne' varies.

There is at least one other Payne-Howe couple, James Payne and Rhoda Howe.

You should be able to find Reginald and Naomi's marriage on FreeBMD and then look for any post 1911 births using their combination of surnames.
