Hi Susan ..the TAS library has no record of that (or any other) marriage .... but have found a 'few possible departures for him' ...and so to check arrivals in other colonies. |

Interestingly there is a John Cashmore ISRAEL In Launceston, Tasmania b. c1797 but he married c1844 and had several children with an Adelaide COOK up to 1864; he died in 1872. An article states JCI arrived in Launceston in 1819 so not your man but an interesting coincidence! |
