I've PM'd you the names of Reginald's sons, and the address of one of them.

To remind you -
Reginald Dipper was a son of Albert Dipper, who was a son of William Henry Dipper, who was a brother of George Dipper, who was Elsie's father.

However, unless they are into family tree research, it seem unlikely that Reginald's sons will know anything about their great-grandfather's niece Elsie.

I haven't investigated Albert's siblings, nor Reginald's siblings , to see if they had children or not.

I haven't investigated the Manns side of your family for living relatives.

You don't seem to have any direct living relatives descended from George Dipper (Elsie's father) .
