Yes thank you Anne :-)

I expect I will get the appointment for the op before long.
It is not quite so worrying as it was.

I'm so glad to hear that you are in remission. It must have been a very worrying time for you <3

Anne ~~ Long may your remission last.
My grandson has been in remission 4 years now.

Thank you Mike, I hope your grandson carries on being well, it's so much worse when it's someone so young. My youngest son had a childhood cancer age 3 and lost an eye because of it, he is now 48 but I remember the terrible worry, it was the worst time of my life. He was diagnosed on the Friday and operated on the Tuesday with no guarantee that it hadn't gone through to the other eye

Anne, that must have been the most horrendously traumatic experience for you. There must be nothing worse than fear for your child's health and life <3

Mike, I'm glad that your Grandson is also now doing well. You also must have been so upset and worried!

Yes it was the worst of times.
Grandson was 3 yr old and only given a 15 % chance of survival.
The treatment has robbed him of his hearing and loss of some eyesight but he's doing ok.
