Read this site about how to apply but it can take at least 9 months for them to arrive.

He served In R.A. during WW2 Then reenlisted for 9 Years in military police & SIB

As GlitterBaby has said, his service records will still be with the MOD. You won't find them online.

Use the link already given to find out how to apply for them. They cost £30 and there is usually a very long wait for them to arrive.
