Hi,

I'm currently trying to find my biological father and believe I may have found his parents but can't seem to find anything on them after 2003, it's like they've fell off the face of the earth.
Any advice appreciated

Norman and Shirley Fisher, married in 1963 in Weston Super Mare. Had a son James Fisher in 1965.
I can find Norman and Shirley on electoral Roll but only for 2002 / 2003. That's it, nothing else, no deaths or anything

They could be at the same address as they were in 2003 but have just opted out of the commercially available electoral register which anyone can do at any time.

Have you tried btonline phonebook they may have opted out of the electoral roll but still have a phone line
