Eliza White - a Minor. Spinster. Father William is a Draper.

Both resident in Poplar at time of marriage.

I can't see an Eliza White with father William, a draper, in 1851.

Argyll Gran, also rec message from Bob and advised him how to post replies here, he doesn't have much info beyond confirming the birth in 1853

I didn't turn up a William White draper either :-(
