R Harvey is a sibling of his / her sisters.

This is the only R Harvey born in Medway reg district 1916, per FreeBMD. (Medway includes Chatham.)

If she had children, they weren't born in Kent.

There's one Winter / Harvey child born Chatham in 1947, one in Bromley 1950, and five in Croydon, 1952 - 59.

You'd have to buy the birth certs to see if they were children of the right couple.

The daughter born in 1947 married in Chatham in 1972.

And she and her husband had a son in Chatham in 1975.
Sadly, that son died in Medway district in 2006.

I'm looking for Freda's Children , as they will be my first cousins.

Freda's children were Hillary and David as far as I am aware ?

As mentioned above, though not by name, as they may still be alive, Hilary married in Chatham in 1972.

Also as mentioned before, there were several Winter/Harvey births after Freda's marriage - presumably not all are her children. Hilary is the only one born in Chatham.
If David is Freda's son, then he was born 1950 in Bromley, Kent.
You would have to buy copies of lots of birth certs to find out if any others were Freda's children - though if you knew where she had lived you could probably narrow it down.

I don't see an obvious marriage for David .
There are lots of marriages for people of that name, in various places, with and without his middle initial.

If we knew what his middle initial stands for, it might be possible to pinpoint him on the electoral roll, but otherwise, again, there are lots of people with his first name, middle initial, and surname.
