Galway, Ireland. Patrick died (motoring accident 22 August 1958; County Hospital, Sligo, County Sligo, Ireland. Educated as a Priest: Saint Patrick's College, Maynooth 1931-1937. Father: Mathew (Mat) Crehan, Mother: Catherine Hynes.
