I'm trying to find a new member but having no luck. He's my uncle and I know he's recently joined but I don't think he's started to build a tree yet. Does anyone know how I can find him? He told my mum he's sent me a message to view my tree, but I've had no message either.

Might you have another perhaps dormant account/tree linked to a different email address? He may have picked you up on that one.

Have you checked your 'In Box' for unread messages?
How about his own name in 'search all members trees'? That would be top left under 'Search.

If he hasn't started a tree, posted on a thread or sent a message there isn't much that you can do about it.

Thanks, yes I've checked everything I can think of and there is only one email address. Looks like I'll just have to wait till he starts his tree, thanks again.

If he told your mum he had sent a message cant she go back to him ??
