FreeBmd shows a number of Pearce/Parfett births, although without the BC it's difficult to decide if they have the 'correct' parents.
Probably the one in Essex SW 1957 is right. The others (to 1962) are more likely to have parents married in 1955 Stoke Newington.

Dorris Pearce was registered as Doris L Pearce, Epping reg. Lilian after his sister?

If Doris L married in the Epping Reg like her brother, then it could have been in 1950 to a Mr Cole.
Alternatively there is a Doris L to a Mr Sullivan in Romford reg, 1952.

Quite a few Cole/Pearce births 1950-1970 but none in Essex
The same for Sullivan/Pearce 1952-1972. None stand out.
