Have sent you a pm DetEcTive, to explain why I don't want to use the methods you have suggested.

Do they have any children born in the UK? If you know their dob you might be able to order the BC.
Are they on facebook? Sometimes 'friends' names can give you a clue.

Thanks Kay, but I don't think there would have been an announcement in the local newspaper. I'm not even sure the marriage was in Hong Kong (it could have been in one of a few places). It was my cousin and I know his full name and his wife's first name, but it's a complicated situation that I can't go into on here but there is more information I am looking for and thought I would start with the marriage that I know took place.

Thanks Claire - I will take a look.

EDIT - seems it's complicated and expensive and not just a matter of looking in an index

Does anyone have access to marriages in Hong Kong please? If so I would be grateful for a look-up and can send the details by pm. Thanks in advance.
