Look on the above link - if the 192 entry shows additional people living with him, then enter that as well.

Copy the post code - enter that on 192.com as the 'where'. Put his name in to the 'who'. The result will tell you if the address is current.

Yes I have just had a look on the 192 sight..The persons name in question appears, but no address

Try http://www.searchelectoralroll.co.uk/Electoral_Roll_Search.asp

Check the resulting postcode (plus name) on http://www.192.com/?gkw=192+com
The free result will tell you the years registered at that address.
