Or get copy death cert for whichever parent died the more recently

Looking for a John Peter Humble born South East Durham 1956 father Raymond Humble mother Marjorie Toase Probably uses Peter as his first name. The reason why I would like to find Peter as he is the only relative I know of who would if still living come from the Humble side of the family my mother being a Humble died in 2008. Done all the searches etc but cannot find the definite answer so help would be appreciated!!
