Find Living Relatives

Hi.

I am looking for my great Uncle, known as 'Billy' Connell. Born as William O'Connell, he is my Grandma's brother. Her name is Eileen Islip (nee O'Connell). Their parents were born in Cork (Ireland).

I know that my great Uncle Billy was born in Sheldon, Birmingham and grew up in Small Heath. He was also born around the 1930s.

I have tired countless searches to try and find him and it is not proving fruitful.

I would be so grateful if someone could help me find him.

My Nan and Billy had a falling out I believe (my Nan has sadly passed away). She would speak highly of her brother, and I would love to meet him.

My great grandma's maiden name was Mack, Adele Mack. And her husband was William O'Connell

There s no birth that matches for the names

My mother believes that he was last seen in Bristol.

The birth record says June. But death says his birthday was April?

Does it say what his wife's name was? Or his religion?

The birth record is the June qtr that the birth was reg in

You have 6 weeks to reg a birth so born April the birth would be reg before the end of June so would show in the registers as reg in the June Qtr

It sounds very much like it could be the right death record sadly

You would need to get the death certificate for further details
