Does your Prince family have any connection with Liverpool.
I have an entry of a William Bellion Prince who married Amy Allen
in Liverpool in 1893. Their son John Prince named a daughter
Amy born about 1918. :-Any connection?

Wonder if Michael was James Michael?

There's a James M and Dorothy Prince with MMN Corbett/Corbit born in the 50s in the right area.

James lives in Prestwich now.

Can't see a Corb*t/Prince marriage but it's possible Amy was married before given her age.

There are these 2 births in Salford:

Births Sep 1946
Prince Dorothy M Dillon Salford 10f 932
Births Mar 1952
PRINCE Dorothy CORBETT Salford 10f 698

but I cannot see any corresponding birth for a Michael, or marriage of an Amy.

There is this birth, but unlikely for Michael?
Births Sep 1950
PRINCE James M CORBIT Manchester 10e 17

Amy Corbitt, 1910, Oldham is in an Ancestry tree - married 1930 Albert Greenwood. No mention of any other marriage or children.

Have you tried doing any research yourself?

And do you think that mentioning the medical condition is appropriate?

If you are related, you should know Amy's maiden name.......................please share it with us

If the Dorothy mentioned by Patchem and Rose is correct, she sadly passed away 2011:

The family are listed on 2012 electoral register living Lytham St Annes.
