Outside possibility for a marriage sent by PM , and possible address from free electoral roll ( age is out)

Caroline please be discreet if and when you try to make contact, there is no way of knowing if this is the right person, or if it is whether his current family have knowledge of you. Better to go through a mediator if you can do so.
