My Biological Sister was born "LORRAINE AMANDA CHAPMAN" on the 23/12/1978 to a "MISS ANGELA YVONNE CHAPMAN" at The University College Hospital London & Registered at Kings Cross Registry Office London....
She was In the SCBU (special care baby unit) for about 4 months before being fostered by a couple In or around the Guilford Surry area whom officially adopted her 12 to 15 months later..
I myself was brought up by my Biological Father's Parent's (my Grandparent's) whom were the Best Mum & Dad a girl could of ever wished for....
In the last year I have had regular contact with my Biological Mother (MISS ANGELA YVONNE CHAPMAN) & It would be a dream come true to finally find "LORRAINE AMANDA CHAPMAN" - If of course this is still her name as we are fully aware It may have been changed by her adoptive family....
Thanks For Your Time
