Hi I am trying to trace alan john Nicholls B1978 in marston green hospital marriddon is morther s name was linda Nicholls I believe he was taken from my moms house that was Hutton avenu saltley birmingham hope some one can help

Presume he was adopted?

Have you looked on search members trees to see if he is in anyones tree

his birth was 1976 and the page nos on his GRO birth record has a small s against it which indicates he was adopted so only a small certificate would be issued if it was requested This means his mums name and address and other personal info wouldnt show on the cert .

If you are a relative you can register your details for him with the National Adoption Contact register

Yes he was adoboted I am is uncle and I would love to fined him I have bee trying since 2013 with no luck how do I register my self on the adoption register con you please help Best regards John Nicholls
