Also check other spellings i.e. ? Dec 1923 birth - mmn Tippet (1 T only), otherwise the other 11registered with mmn Tippett in Burnley area 1915 - 1934

You should be able to find their births on FreeBMD. Using the surname combination ,and to look for marriages and children for each of them

Search trees to see if anyone has the children's names listed ( click Search at top right of page).

Otherwise see freebmd.org.uk for Richards/Tippett children , some may still be living so I won't put details here) and then look for possible marriages.
