If that is his death, then this looks like a marriage:

And possibly one son in 1944 - so possibility of the 2 boys you want from another marriage or relationship.

As your surname does not appear to be Fleming, could you say how they are supposed to be connected?

It may not be connected but if you go to freebmd.org.uk there is a Joseph and David mother's maiden name Waters born 1950s Surrey though one of them was a late registration and born 1940s?

I am looking for a David and Joe ( Joseph ) Fleming. Last heard of they were living in or around the Potter Heigham area of Norfolk. To the best of my knowledge they were born in the 1940-1950s to Elizabeth and Joe ( Joseph ). The surname Walters may come into the mix somewhere. They are on my fathers side of the family but nobody within the family can seem to help us.
