Can't see a birth under that name or marriage, as she's your cousin do you know her parents' names? Could Elsie be a middle name?

I would like to find my cousin Elsie Liddon or Lidden. The last time I saw her was in 1951 in Bournemouth. I believe she was born in 1928 give or take a few years. She worked in cinemas in Bournemouth & may have married someone with the surname Mears.
