Is she a birth relative? If so, add your name to the Adoption Contact Register and hope that she has too

https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register

Although only the adopted child is allowed to access their SS records, some areas will accept letters from birth family to add to the file. If she has already accessed it, they may be willing to act as the middleman, or at least forward your details to her last known address.

Have you searched all members trees on this site. There is always the possibility that she or a relation has added her name to their tree. Send a message to the tree owner if she is listed.
If you haven't already, add her to your own tree in case she comes looking along with the name of her birth parent(s) if either they are deceased or give their permission if they are living.

Find her birth entry on Freebmd. Open a 'throw-away' email account and leave a "post'em" against the entry with your email address.
