Dutch, you might have to make this a bit clearer I think!

I am guessing this is what you are saying??

Your father Herbert Morgan was born in London, emigrated to Australia aged 18, then ended up in New Zealand.
He travelled to back to the UK at some point, ended up in Wales, where he met and married your mother.
You were born 5 years later.

You do not say when he was last heard of, when he was born, whether he and your mother were divorced and if so when, all of this would help people assist you.

Did his parents emigrate or just your father?

How old was your dad when he married your mum?

Dutch, no problem, just trying to sort things out so we can offer some help.
As you are trying to find out more about your father's family, have you got your parents' marriage certificate? This should give his father's name which would be a start.

Have you got reason to think he might have had more children?

Got it now - you are thinking that as he was 39 when he married your mother, he might have been married previously, maybe in Australia or New Zealand?
Have you tried looking for matches for him and other members of his family with other members? Use search box above and click on 'search all member trees'.
I assume your mother had no idea about this, and there was nothing on the marriage cert, that is, he was recorded as a bachelor?
